We had planned a cookout with some friends, so we booked a few tables and chairs with them about 2-weekends in advance. As these things go, the guest list grew as we had additional family coming into town. Also, we did not re-check the weather until the night prior and there was going to be light rain on/off throughout the day. Charm City Party Rentals was able to accommodate us last-minute adding on additional tables, chairs, and a 20x20 tent. Of course, they instructed us that we could not grill under the tent due to the possibility of smoke damage and extreme heat. Which makes sense once ya think about it, I was upset at first. They did however toss in an additional giant café style umbrella with a stand so I could stay dry at the grill while talking with a couple of friends & drinking. Literally they saved my bacon.
